For nearly 50 years, Joseph and Marjorie Bailey have been selling beauty supplies.  Joseph got his start in 1946 at C.A. Howell and Company in Detroit.  Six years later he and Marge opened a branch in Cleveland.  Eventually, they purchased the business and set their goal on establishing a premier beauty and barber supply that caters to the needs of Northeast Ohio. 

Inspired by Carter Howell's principals, the staff at Bailey's personalized their service, providing only the highest quality of hair care products available and offering expert product service.  As the decades passed, the business grew large enough to handle the demands of an ever growing hair care industry...  yet small enough to meet the needs of each beautician and barber it serviced.

A second generation is still inspired by the basic principles that established the firm's success.  With that commitment, we look forward to serving you.
